Berlin-Style Turkish Doner Kebab!

Adapted from the traditional Turkish-style kebab, a Berliner is a pitta bread pocket filled with spiced meat, salad and sauce, developed in Berlin in 1972. Known in other places as the "doner" kebab, this treat is a real German favourite, with over 1000 outlets selling kebabs in Berlin alone!   One of Berlin's top street food eats (even above curry wurst!) and after some serious R&D in Berlin, we have further adapted this beloved hand-held treat to easily make at home.
