Singapore noodles are one of the most ordered takeout dishes in the world, and the version you are about to make at home is going to ruin the takeout version for you permanently.

This virtual Asian noodle cooking class takes you through classic Singapore noodles with chicken and shrimp, built entirely from scratch and cooked the way it is supposed to be done. High heat, layered seasoning, and a curry powder build that most takeout versions never get right.
Singapore noodles live and die by heat management and timing. You will learn how to prep and soak rice vermicelli so they cook evenly, how to sequence the proteins so nothing overcooks, and how to work a hot pan with confidence so the noodles stay loose, fragrant, and properly coated rather than clumping into a mass.
The curry powder build is the flavour lesson. You will learn which spices are doing what, how blooming them in oil at the right moment changes the entire profile of the dish, and how to balance the seasoning so the finished noodles taste like the best version of this dish you have ever had.
This is takeout night, except everything on the plate is yours.
