It's time oom pah pah your way into the kitchen and cook up a fantastic German feast!  The focus of this class is how to properly braise rouladen, the classic German beef roll stuffed with pickle, onion and lots of mustard!  Rouladen is one of Germany's most beloved traditional dishes, with a history and flavor profile that makes it a staple of German cuisine. Whether served at family gatherings, during holidays, or enjoyed in German restaurants, Rouladen remains a quintessential dish.  This is German Comfort Food at it's finest!

Hot smoked salmon + "Schnippled" Cucumbers + Buttered Brochten
Beef Rouladen + Creamy Mashed Potatoes + Pickled Carrot
