Celebrate Waterloo County fare with us and make Rolled Ribs!  This iconic Waterloo County Mennonite supper was traditionally made with 'pickled ribs', a way to preserve meat, then steamed with a savoury stuffing.  This dish showcases the region’s strong German heritage and features simple, flavourful ingredients.  We have modernized the dish using delicious and tender baby back ribs combined with our sausage, butter & fresh herbs stuffing.
