Guided by Chefs Kirstie & Jody —masters of culinary expertise and entertainment—you’ll learn to prepare a perfectly Flattened Chicken, roasted with Lemongrass, Fish sauce (your next favourite pantry item!!) and Palm Sugar for the perfect balance of savoury, sweet, and aromatic. Paired with fragrant Coconut Rice and a zesty "Tiger Salad" for a meal that’s as refreshing as the season itself.
