This hearty dish starts with a base of soft polenta, made by slowly cooking cornmeal with water, chicken stock or milk until it reaches a silky, pudding-like consistency. We then finish it with Parmesan cheese & butter, and then bake it with tomato sauce and more cheese, baked until bubbling & golden!
