This is not your average cooking class. Over four days, tweens and teens join Red Seal Chefs Jody and Kirstie for a live online street food adventure that spans four countries, builds real kitchen confidence and ends with a seriously delicious meal every single day.
Week 1 takes campers from the bold, colourful flavours of Korea all the way through Vietnam, Japan and China. Each day is a new country, a new dish and a new set of skills. Campers will learn real techniques, work with exciting ingredients from around the world and walk away from each class knowing they made something incredible from scratch.
This is the kind of camp that turns reluctant helpers into confident home cooks.
Designed for tweens aged 11 to 16, or younger kids who want to cook alongside a parent.
Recipes Covered:
Day 1: Bibimbap A vibrant Korean rice bowl loaded with seasoned vegetables, a fried egg and a gochujang sauce that ties it all together.
Day 2: Banh Mi, Vietnam's legendary sandwich, a perfect collision of flavours and textures that campers will want to make on repeat.
Day 3: Quickie Ramen: A proper ramen from scratch, faster than you think and better than any instant noodle you have ever had.
Day 4: Kung Pao Chicken: A Chinese takeout classic made at home, bold, spicy and deeply satisfying.
