Don’t worry if you’ve never worked with filo before, we’ll show you exactly how to handle it, roll it, and bake it to golden perfection. You’ll also learn which sauces to pair: herbed yogurt or spicy tomato and how to serve them up as part of a mezze spread, snack board, or easy appetizer tray.
