Mexican Street Corn Lunch

Every year we run to the farmers market or our local corn stand to get the sweetest, freshest, most delicious corn available.   For just a short time every year we grill it,  we boil it and even freeze it for the winter and make the most of this delicious seasonal  delicacy. 

In this Online Cooking Class, we are pulling from one of the most amazing street food experiences that we had in Mexico,  the traditional dressed Mexican street corn!   Enjoy this world-famous dish proper, and make a salad interpretation for later!
