Transport yourself to the heart of Germany with this cozy and nostalgic cooking class. In just one session, you'll master the art of making homemade Käsespätzle, Germany’s cheesy, delicious noodle dish topped with and crispy, golden onions, often served at  legendary German Christmas Markets. 

Served with perfectly cooked Pork Chops mit Sahne Sauce, a dish that taste like it's straight from Oma’s kitchen. This live online hands-on class is perfect for anyone craving a taste of homey, comforting German dishes, with the friendly, approachable Chefs Jody & Kirstie guiding you every step of the way.  Bring your appetite!  

What you will learn: how to make homemade Spaetzle.  How to brine & sear pork chops.  

Good to have: a spaetzle press, like this one is super handy (and inexpensive) but it is not imperative.  We will show alternatives.
