Bring the lively flavours of Spain to your own kitchen with this Tapas Party class!

You will learn to make three beloved Spanish small plates: a golden, tender Tortilla de Patatas (potato and egg omelette, few ingredients, big impact!), Atun y Huevos (tuna and egg crostini, Kirstie's favourite!) and Manchego-Stuffed Meatballs (wow!) simmered in a rich tomato sauce.

Jody & Kirstie will guide you step-by-step through each dish, teaching the simple techniques and regaling stories from Spain that will make Spanish cooking so irresistible.
