FAQ

Good to know before you order.

When is the order deadline?

Each week's pack must be ordered by Tuesday at 10am. No exceptions, as we source and pack to order. Orders placed after the deadline will roll to the next available week.

Do you deliver outside Kitchener-Waterloo?

Yes. We ship ingredient packs Ontario-wide. Pickup is also available locally if you prefer

Do I need to cook it on a specific day?

Not at all. Cook it over the weekend, on a weeknight, whenever it suits you. The on-demand class is yours to stream any time. Ingredient packs keep fresh for 3 days (freeze proteins)

How much cooking experience do I need?

None. Our motto is no cook is left behind, and we mean it. Jody and Kirstie walk you through every step in the class video.

Can I order more than one week at a time?

Yes. Head back each Monday when the week's class goes live, or pre-order all four now to lock in your packs before quantities run out.

Is this a good gift?
